Joe & Ethan have reslated a roof and repaired clay and ridge tiles on a smaller roof for us. We’re very pleased with the work. They are a professional, friendly and courteous team giving good service. I would use them again.

After calling Joe I left a message. He responded promptly and was with me in a very acceptable time. He came, he checked out my skylight, he told me I needed a new motor. Having told him to go ahead, he went on his way. He was then at the mercy of Velux who didn’t respond excellently, but wasn’t too bad. When the motor arrived Joe got in touch and we were sorted out next day. During both visits Joe and his support were very courteous, communicated well and were careful and tidy. I wouldn’t hesitate to call out Joe again if I had any further problems with my Velux skylight.
